Account Deletion Request - Nowvigation

If you are a Nowvigation user and want to delete your account and all data associated with it, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the Nowvigation app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap 'Delete my account'
4. Confirm the action

Option 2: Request by email

Send an email to nowvigation@gmail.com with the subject 'Account deletion request', and in the message body include the email address registered to the account.

What will be deleted:

• Account details (username, email, password)
• All practice data and collected patterns
• Personal analyses that were generated
• Consents and preferences

What will be retained (for a limited period):

• Information required by law (such as payment records) will be retained for the legally required period
• Encrypted backups will be deleted automatically within 90 days

Processing time:

Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving the request.
